Gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people have always been trailblazers.  In a decaying neighbohood we rebuild and renovate houses into homes.  Gay people break down rigid constructs of religion and grow ourselves in personal and communal spirituality.  We open our minds to new ideas and new ways to improve our quality of life.  Gay people demand quality in cars, products, and leisure.  We've completely destroyed past stereotypes of personal grooming and body care.

With all the positive things the gay community has brought to America and the world, there is at least one negative stereotype that has been associated with many gay people.  Gay people have the luxury of high amounts disposible income which many times translates into over-indulgence and over-consumption.  This site's mission is to help reshape how that disposible income is used to not only have less of an impact on the environment but possibly a possitive impact on the environment.
